The AJPW TV 6-Man Tag Team Championship (全日本プロレスTV認定6人タッグ王座 Zen Nihon Puroresu TV Nintei 6-Ri Taggu Ōza) is the top trios championship in the All Japan Pro Wrestling (AJPW) promotion.
The title was announced on November 14, 2020, with the first champions crowned on December 3, 2020. The title became AJPW's seventh active championship. The championship is contested for by teams of three wrestlers and is the first title of its kind in the history of AJPW.

On November 14, AJPW announced the creation of its sixth active title and the first six-man tag team championship in the promotion's history, the "AJPW TV 6-Man Tag Team Championship", with the first champions being crowned on December 13, in a match between Black Menso~re, Carbell Ito, and Takao Omori and Ryoji Sai, Revlon, and Takashi Daimonji. On December 13, Menso~re, Ito, and Omori defeated Sai, Revlon, and Daimonji to become the inaugural champions.
