The All Star Junior Festival is an interpromotional professional wrestling pay-per-view event featuring junior heavyweight wrestlers from all over the world organized by New Japan Pro-Wrestling (NJPW).
The All Star Junior Festival was originally conceived by Japanese wrestler Hiromu Takahashi as a showcase for promotions from over 20 different promotions from around the world, including Takahashi's home promotion New Japan Pro-Wrestling in Japan. Following the success of the event, NJPW organized a second event in the United States.
