Arisa Hoshiki (星輝ありさ, Hoshiki Arisa) (born October 13, 1995) is a Japanese singer, songwriter, retired professional wrestler, and former shoot boxer. Hoshiki is known for her time in World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion, where she was a former one-time Wonder of Stardom Champion. On May 20, 2020 Hoshiki announced her second retirement following head and neck injuries that she had. Since 2018, Hoshiki has performed in the band Unlimited Dream Navigator, under the name Udon Sato (うどん佐藤), as part of which she performed her wrestling theme song.

Early life[]

Hoshiki since she was young did Basketball, Volleyball and Shoot Boxing and she was second place in her category, and she also won the 11th All Japan Light Amateur Shoot Boxing Championship in Tokyo held on September 26, 2010 and after that she would be contacted by Fuka, the general manager of the World Wonder Ring Stardom promotion, who were looking for new wrestlers, and eventually Hoshiki would quit her shoot boxing carrer to pursue a career in professional wrestling.

Professional wrestling career[]

World Wonder Ring Stardom (2011–2012)[]

Hoshiki was part of Stardom's first class of trainees. She made her professional wrestling debut at the promotion's inaugural event on January 23, 2011, facing fellow debutante Mayu Iwatani. Afterwards, Hoshiki and Iwatani formed a tag team named AMA, which became one of Stardom's most popular acts. In August 2011 Hoshiki would be winning streak that led her to made into the finals of Rookie of the Year in 2011 where she lost to Yoshiko which would end her three month winning streak, and unsuccessfully challenged Yuzuki Aikawa for the Wonder of Stardom Championship in her first title match. Hoshiki would wrestle her last match for the promotion on May 20, 2012 against Yuhi which ended on time limit draw. On June 25, 2012 Hoshiki announced in her blog that she would officially announced her retirement from professional wrestling in order to focus on her school education.

Return to Stardom (2018–2020)[]

Hoshiki made her return to professional wrestling, where she returned to Stardom on November 23, 2018 teaming with her former tag team partner Iwatani against AZM, and Konami of Queen's Quest in a winning effort, after pinning on AZM. Hoshiki would then be invited into Iwatani's STARS unit that same day which later accpeted Iwatani's invitation. Her initial involvement with the promotion would be only on part-time basis, but eventually, she commited full-time to Stardom on April 29, 2019, making the announcement after winning the Cinderella Tournament.

On April 29, 2019, Hoshiki won the Cinderella Tournament, and challenged Momo Watanabe for the Wonder of Stardom Championship. On May 16, Hoshiki defeated her to win the title for the first time time in her professional wrestling career. On January 4, 2020, Hoshiki along with Giulia, Hana Kimura and Mayu Iwatani made a appearance at New Japan Pro-Wrestling's Wrestle Kingdom 14 event at the Tokyo Dome in a dark tag team match where they defeated Giulia and Hana Kimura. On May 20, 2020, Hoshiki then vacated the Wonder of Stardom Championship, as she announced her retirement from professional wrestling due to head and neck injuries.
