Fantastica Mania 2023 was a professional wrestling tour, co-produced by the Japanese New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) promotion and the Mexican Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) promotion. The tour took place between February 22 and 28, 2023 with shows taking place in Kagawa, Kyoto, Osaka, Chiba and Tokyo. The 2023 shows were the eleventh time that NJPW and CMLL co-promoted shows in Japan under the Fantastica Mania name. The shows featured six to seven matches each, including one to four matches contested for a championship owned by CMLL.

After a three year absence, NJPW and CMLL announced the return of the tour was officially announced on October 27, 2022, along with the CMLL wrestlers taking part in the tour. Included were returning wrestlers Atlantis Jr., Último Guerrero, Bárbaro Cavernario, Capitán Sicida, Dulce Gardenia, Hijo del Villano III, Magia Blanca, Místico, Okumura, Soberano Jr., Volador Jr., Templario, Hechicero and Rey Cometa. The 2023 tour marked the Fantasticamania debut for CMLL wrestlers Atlantis Jr., Hijo del Villano III, Templario, Hechicero and Rey Cometa.
The shows took place in Kagawa, Kyoto, Osaka, Chiba and Tokyo, which all hosted the Fantastica Mania events. The shows would air through NJPW's internet streaming site, NJPW World. Also announced was the Interfaction Tag Tournament for the last nights of the tour. The tour would include one title match, contested for a championship owned by CMLL.
