Fantastica Mania 2024 was professional wrestling tour, co-produced by the Japanese New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) promotion and the Mexican Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) promotion. The tour took place between February 12 and 19, 2024 with shows taking place in Osaka, Kagawa, Nagoya, Chiba and Tokyo. The 2024 shows were the twelveth time that NJPW and CMLL co-promoted shows in Japan under the Fantastica Mania name. The shows featured six to seven matches each, including one to four matches contested for a championship owned by CMLL.

The tour was officially announced on January 17, 2024, along with the CMLL wrestlers taking part in the tour. NJPW also announced that Kamaitachi , who had previously worked in CMLL, would return for the tour. The shows took place in Osaka, Kagawa, Nagoya, Chiba and Tokyo, which all hosted the Fantastica Mania events. The shows would air through NJPW's internet streaming site, NJPW World . Also announced was the return of the traditional Faction tag team tournament. On January 25, it was announced that Dragon Gate 's Strong Machine J and MUSASHI would be replacing Master Wato 's in his matches for the tour, after he was sidelined with an injury. On February 14, it was later announced that NJPW's sister promotion World Wonder Ring Stardom wrestlers Starlight Kid and Ruaka would be competing at the event,
