Fantastica Mania México 2023 was a professional wrestling event, co-produced by the Japanese New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) promotion and the Mexican Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) promotion. The event took place on June 30, 2023 at Arena Mexico in Mexico City, Mexico. This show was the first time that NJPW and CMLL co-promoted the Fantastica Mania in Mexico. The event featured six matches, including one match contested for a championship owned by CMLL.

Since 2011, Japanese wrestling promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and their Mexican partner promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) began promoting a series of shows in Japan under the Fantastica Mania name, with the tour shows increasing yearly, and following a three year absence, in 2023, NJPW and CMLL returned to host the tour between February 22 and 28.

On June 1, both promotions announced that Fantastica Mania the event would held in Mexico for the first time on June 30 at Arena Mexico in Mexico City. The event also presented a memorial to the 50th anniversary of Lucha Libre legend Satanico's career. He was the former rival of original Tiger Mask Satoru Sayama, and as such, it was announced that Satanico would face Sayama's protege, the current Tiger Mask in a ten minute singles Lightning match. The tour would include one title match, contested for a championship owned by CMLL.
