Fantastica Mania USA 2024 was a professional wrestling event, co-produced by the Japanese New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) promotion and the Mexican Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) promotion. The event will take place on July 13, 2024 at Mt. Pleasant High School in San Jose, California, United States. This show was the first time that NJPW and CMLL co-promoted the Fantastica Mania in the United Sates.

Since 2011, Japanese wrestling promotion New Japan Pro Wrestling (NJPW) and their Mexican partner promotion Consejo Mundial de Lucha Libre (CMLL) began promoting a series of shows in Japan under the Fantastica Mania name, with the tour shows increasing yearly, and following a three year absence, in 2023, NJPW and CMLL returned to host the tour between February 22 and 28. On May 11 at Resurgence, both promotions announced that Fantastica Mania the event would held in United States for the first time on July 13.
On July 10, citing personal reasons, Stephanie Vaquer departed from NJPW and CMLL. This led her to be stripped of both the CMLL World Women's and World Women's Tag Team Championships, causing the match to be changed to a three-way match between Viva Van, Willow Nightingale and Lluvia.

Fantastica Mania Mexico 2024 featured professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers portrayed heroes (referred to as técnicos in Mexico; the good guys), villains (referred to as rudos in Mexico; the bad guys), or less distinguishable characters in scripted events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches.
