The KO-D 10-Man Tag Team Championship is a one of the tag team championships in DDT Pro-Wrestling (DDT) promotion. Meant for teams of five wrestlers, the title is believed to be the first of its kind in professional wrestling. The title was first announced on April 30, 2017, with the inaugural champions crowned on August 20, 2017.

The championship consists of five different color title belts: Red, Blue, Yellow, Green and Pink. Each belt is assigned to a different member of the champion team. DDT quickly discovered how difficult it is to gather together all five members of the champion team on a regular basis. So to ensure the titles get defended regularly a rule was established to allow temporary replacements within the team. As long as the Team Captain and at least two other team members are available, the titles can put on the line. The absent wrestlers are substituted with temporary replacements. However, the replacements do not get recognized as champions nor are they credited for successful defenses (retired for the 8-man version).
