Full Throttle (フル•スロットル, Furu Surottoru) was a professional wrestling stable in Pro Wrestling NOAH (NOAH) formed by Atsushi Kotoge, Hajime Ohara and Seiki Yoshioka on May 10, 2020, after both Ohara and Yoshioka left the Sugiura-gun stable.

The stable would be marked initially over the struggle for its leadership with Kotoge worseing the dispute until on August 1, Kotoge, Ohara, and Yoshioka faced each other in various matches, which culminated with Kotoge becoming the stable's leader. However, on the following month, Kotoge was kicked out of the stable and replaced by YO-HEY, after he reformed his partnership with Daisuke Harada. After Kotoge's departure, Ohara took over the leadership of the stable, after defeating Yoshioka and YO-HEY in a three-way match. Yoshioka became the first member of Full Throttle to bring a title to the stable, after winning the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship. The stable disbanded on May 2, 2021, after Seiki Yoshioka turned on Ohara and YO-HEY decided to leave the stable.

History[]

Kotoge's leadership (2020)[]

On May 9, 2020, Kotaro Suzuki and Yoshinari Ogawa reformed Stinger with HAYATA, with Atsushi Kotoge being left out of the stable. The following day, Kotoge and Suzuki faced Hajime Ohara and Seiki Yoshioka in a winning effort. Afterwards, Suzuki offered Kotoge and handshake, only to Kotoge to turn on Suzuki due to Suzuki and Yoshinari Ogawa reforming Stinger without his knowledge and also due to HAYATA, being part of it. Kotoge then asked whether he could join the Sugiura-gun, leading Nosawa Rongai to refuse. Afterwards, Seiki Yoshioka turned on Rongai, Hajime Ohara tried to keep calm things but ended up joining them, resulting in the formation of the stable, that was named "Full Throttle", due to Kotoge's passion for motorcycles. Later that night, Full Throttle confronted Stinger and the former members of RATEL'S (Daisuke Harada, Tadasuke, and YO-HEY), starting a feud between the three sites. On June 10, in their first match as a stable, Full Throttle was defeated by Nosawa Rongai and the newest members of Sugiura-gun Kaz Hayashi and Kendo Kashin, before defeating them in a rematch on the following night.

Afterwards, Kotoge began proclaiming himself as the leader of the stable, causing a disagreement with Yoshioka and Ohara, who also had their intentions of being the leader of the stable. Shortly after, Kotoge took part in the All Four Sides, a tournament to determine the next challenger to the GHC National Championship, having the ambition of winning the title for Ohara and Yoshioka to acknowledge as the leader of Full Throttle. Kotoge was eliminated by eventual finalist Masa Kitamiya in the second round of the tournament. The dispute over the leadership culminated on August 1, Noah holding an event to decide the leader of the stable which various matches between Kotoge, Ohara, and Yoshioka. In the end, Kotoge defeated Ohara and Yoshioka in a three-way elimination match to become the leader of the stable.

Ohara's leadership (2020–2021)[]

On September 23, YO-HEY turned on his partner Daisuke Harada, before Harada was attacked by Stinger. Afterwards, Full Throttle went to help, with only Kotoge getting in the ring to help him, while Ohara and Yoshioka were at ringside. This led to Kotoge reforming his team with Harada, which in turn led Kotoge to be kicked out of the stable and replaced by YO-HEY. Shortly after, due to Kotoge's departure, Ohara proposed another three-way match to decide the new leader of the stable, leading announce a event dedicated to Full Throttle, to decide the leader of the stable. This led on December 1, Ohara defeating Yoshioka and YO-HEY in a three-way match to become the new leader of the stable. On February 12, 2021 at Destination, Yoshioka defeated Daisuke Harada to win the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship. On March 14, at Great Voyage in Fukuoka, Yoshioka lost the GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion to former stablemate Atsushi Kotoge. On May 2, Full Throttle was defeated by Stinger in a tag team match. Afterwards, Yoshioka turned on Ohara to join Stinger. Then YO-HEY decided to leave the stable in order to join Nosawa Rongai's group, effectively disbanding the stable.
