The Gate of Bayside (2025) was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) and GAORA TV event promoted by Dragon Gate. The event took place on January 25, 2025, in Yokohama at the Yokohama Budokan. The event aired on GAORA and Dragon Gate Network streaming service in both English and Japanese commentaries and was broadcasted live at SKY PerfecTV! as a pay-per-view (PPV). This was the second event under the Gate of Bayside name.

The Gate of Bayside (2025) was officially announced on November 4, 2024. The event aired live through Dragon Gate's internet streaming site, Dragon Gate Network, with Japanese language commentaries. The Japanese commentary was provided by Katsuya Ichikawa. The event also aired on tape delay on Japanese TV Gaora Sports to be launched in Dragon Gate's ~ Infinity ~ Series. The event also featured English commentary provided by Jae Church and Ho Ho Lun.

The Gate of Bayside (2025) featured professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers portrayed villains, heroes, or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches.

YAMATO, who defended the Open The Dream Gate Championship in the main event
Both of Dragon Gate's Open The Dream Gate and Open The Twin Gate Championships were defended at the event. In the Open The Dream Gate Championship match, YAMATO is set to defend his title against Strong Machine J, after the latter challenged him to a title match in his hometown of Yokohama. Meanwhile in the Open The Twin Gate Championship match, Jacky Kamei and Riiita, who had been feuding with Z-Brats as part of Gold Class' rivalry with them, challenged Kota Minoura and Jason Lee to a title match at Gate of Bayside.
On January 12, 2025, Dragon Dia pinned one-third of the Open The Triangle Gate Champions Kagetora in a six-man tag team match. Afterwards, Dia and his D'Courage stablemates Madoka Kikuta and Ryoya Tanaka challenged Susumu Yokosuka, BxB Hulk and Kagetora to a title match at Gate of Bayside.
On January 16, Ryu Fuda and Daiki Yanagiuchi requested Masaaki Mochizuki to join the second iteration of Mochizuki Dojo, which he accepted. Afterwards, Don Fujii tried to solicit Akihiro Sahara to join him in a faction, but Sahara in turn accepted to join Mochizuki Dojo instead, completing the second version of the stable. Three days later, after Young Dragon Cup finals, Yoshiki Kato challenged Mochizuki Dojo to a Captain’s Fall Elimination match, where Yanagiuchi would captain his team and If Mochizuki Dojo lost, they would have been forced to disband.
