Grand Ship In Nagoya 2022 was a professional wrestling event promoted by CyberFight's sub-brand Pro Wrestling Noah (Noah). The event took place on September 25, 2022, in Nagoya, Japan, at the Aichi Prefectural Gymnasium. The event aired on CyberAgent's AbemaTV online linear television service and CyberFight's streaming service Wrestle Universe. This was the first event under the Grand Ship In Nagoya name.
The event featured nine matches with four of Noah's five championships on the line. The main event featured 2022 N-1 Victory winner Kaito Kiyomiya defeating Kenoh to win the GHC Heavyweight Championship. Other top matches included Satoshi Kojima and Takashi Sugiura defeating Sugiura-gun (Hideki Suzuki and Timothy Thatcher) to win the GHC Tag Team Championship, and Atsushi Kotoge and Seiki Yoshioka defeated Stinger (Chris Ridgeway and Yoshinari Ogawa) to win the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship.

The event featured professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers portrayed villains, heroes, or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches.
The Grand Ship In Nagoya 2022 was main evented by Kaito Kiyomiya defending the GHC Heavyweight Championship against 2022 N-1 Victory winner Kaito Kiyomiya. On September 3, Kiyomiya defeated Hideki Suzuki in the finals to win the 2022 N-1 Victory and earn a shot at the GHC Heavyweight Championship. On September 16, Kenoh and Kiyomiya faced each other in a tag team match. Kenoh picked up a direct victory over Kiyomiya by mocking both him and Keiji Mutoh, by doing his own Shining Wizard for the pin.
On September 3, in a post-match interview, YO-HEY challenged HAYATA to a title match for the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship. Afterwards, he was confronted by HAYATA, who announced him as the next challenger. On September 15, YO-HEY attacked HAYATA after their match, who stated that attacking HAYATA, felt like a switch had flipped, a feat he repeated shortly after. On September 21, YO-HEY pinned HAYATA, before their match.
On July 16, at Destination, Hideki Suzuki and Sugiura-gun stablemate Timothy Thatcher defeated Masa Kitamiya and Yoshiki Inamura to win the vacant GHC Tag Team Championship. On September 16, Suzuki and Thatcher's Sugiura-gun stablemate Takashi Sugiura and Satoshi Kojima challenged them to a title match. Three days later, after Thatcher defeated Kojima in a match. Sugiura went to shake hands with Thatcher who put him in a Fujiwara Armbar, while Suzuki slammed Kojima.
On May 21 at Dream On Final, after Stinger (Chris Ridgeway and Yoshinari Ogawa) retained the GHC Junior Heavyweight Tag Team Championship, Atsushi Kotoge and Seiki Yoshioka challenged them to a title match, before Stinger attacked them, setting up the title match for the event.
