Grand Ship In Yokohama 2024 was a professional wrestling event promoted by CyberFight's sub-brand Pro Wrestling Noah (Noah). The event took place on June 16, 2024, in Yokohama, Japan, at the Yokohama Buntai. The event aired on CyberAgent's AbemaTV online linear television service and CyberFight's streaming service Wrestle Universe. This was the third event under the Grand Ship name and the first under Grand Ship in Yokohama.

The event featured professional wrestling matches that involved different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds and storylines. Wrestlers portrayed villains, heroes, or less distinguishable characters in the scripted events that built tension and culminated in a wrestling match or series of matches.
The Grand Ship In Nagoya 2023 was main evented by Kaito Kiyomiya defending the GHC Heavyweight Championship against Gabe Kidd. On May 6 at All Together, Kidd alongside NJPW's Bullet Club War Dogs attacked Kiyomiya and Kidd challenged him to a title match fothe GHC Heavyweight Championship, before proceeding to steal the title belt. During the backstage interview, Kiyomiya was assisted by Kenoh to his feet and accepted Kid's challenge. The following day, Kiyomiya and Kenoh formed a stable named "All Rebellion", as way to even the odds against Bullet Club. On June 9, Kidd appeared in Pro Wrestling Noah, teaming with Jake Lee, who was aligned with Bullet Club War Dogs, to face All Rebellion's Kaito Kiyomiya and Kenoh in a double count out. During the match, Kidd busted open Kiyomiya, though afterwards Kiyomiya got the upperhand and proclaimed that the title wasn't for him to own and that he would return the "bloodbath" in their title match.
On May 4 at Wrestle Magic, after Daga successfully defended the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship against Alejandro, during a backstage interview, Starboy Charlie, who had recently debuted for the promotion challenged Daga to a title match, which he accepted. Daga accepted with the aim of breaking the record for the most title defenses as GHC Junior Heavyweight Champion, with Taiji Ishimori holding the record at 10 back in 2014, HAYATA second with 8 defenses in 2022.
On May 26, Naomichi Marufuji challenged Good Looking Guys (Jack Morris and Anthony Greene) to a title match for the GHC Tag Team Championship at Grand Ship In Yokohama, with his partner being Takashi Sugiura, which they accepted.
