Ignition (2022) was a professional wrestling event promoted by Japanese wrestling promotion promoted by New Japan Pro Wrestling's sub-brand New Japan Pro-Wrestling of America (NJoA). The event took place on June 19, 2022 in Los Angeles, California at The Vermont Hollywood. NJPW held a tournament to crown the finalyst for the inaugural Strong Tag Team Championship during the event. The event was a television taping for NJPW Strong televisions series. This was the second event under the Ignition name.

The event featured several professional wrestling matches, which involve different wrestlers from pre-existing scripted feuds, plots, and storylines. Wrestlers portrayed heroes, villains, or less distinguishable characters in scripted events that build tension and culminate in a wrestling match or series of matches. Storylines were produced on Impact's weekly television program.
