The Iron Fist Tag Team Championship (IRON FIST TAG王者 IRON FIST TAG Ōza) is he top tag team championship in the Pro Wrestling BASARA (BASARA) promotion. The title was announced on September 30, 2019, in conjunction with the start of the third Iron Fist Tag Tournament. The title was before part of DDT's sub-brand, before BASARA becoming an independent promotion on January 1, 2020.

Championship tournament[]
On September 30, 2019, Pro Wrestling BASARA announced the third annual edition of the Iron Fist Tag Tournament. It was also announced that BASARA would also be introducing its own tag team championship, with the winners of the tournament being crowned the first champions. The first Iron Fist Tag Tournament single elimination tournament took place between October 13 and 23, 2019. On October 23, Iron Priest (FUMA and Yusuke Kubo) defeated Sento Minzoku (Daiki Shimomura and Isami Kodaka) in the finals to win the tournament and become the inaugural Iron Fist Tag Team Champions.
