The Jiyugaoka Six-Person Tag Team Championship was a six-person tag team title in the Japanese professional wrestling promotion Dramatic Dream Team. The title was established in October 11, 2003 along with the Nihonkai Six Man Tag Team Championship. The first champions were Sanshiro Takagi, HERO! and Etsuko Mita who defeated Shoichi Ichimiya, Futoshi Miwa and Kaori Yoneyama to become the first champions. The title was unified the UWA World Trios Championship. It has since been essentially replaced by the KO-D 6-Man Tag Team Championship.
