Jun Tonsho (頓所隼 Tonsho Jun, born March 27, 1999), is a Japanese professional wrestler who worked for Wrestle-1.
Professional wrestling career[]
After Tonsho graduated from his high school days, he successfully passed his entrance exam to get into the Wrestle-1 dojo, and made his debut on March 30, 2016 losing to Yasufumi Nakanoue. In November, he got his first singles victory defeating Seigo Tachibana, and was subsequently announced that Tonsho will be joining his rookie mates to Pro Wrestling A.C.E., a subdivision of Wrestle-1. In 2017 he participated in the tournament to crown the first Wrestle-1 Result Championship, but lost to Hiroki Murase in the first round.
Later in October, Tonsho challenged Seiki Yoshioka for his Wrestle-1 Cruiser Division Championship. During a preview match Tonsho pinned Yoshioka with a new finisher; a dragon suplex. Tonsho's attempt at the belt was unsuccessful, losing to Yoshioka later that month. On July 12, it was announced that Tonsho had graduated from Pro-Wrestling ACE to being a full-time member of main roster. He would later changed his name Jun Tondokoro and join forces with the Enfants Terribles to take out Strong Hearts, but in the end, Ashino turned on Tondokoro, leading him to join Wrestle-1 against the Strong Hearts. On March 31, 2020, Tondokoro was released by Wrestle-1, after the promotion suspended its activities on the following day. In May 2022, Tonsho would later sign for GLEAT.
