Kota Sekifuda (関札皓太, Sekifuda Kota, born June 24, 1995) is a Japanese professional wrestler trained by and signed to Big Japan Pro Wrestling (BJW) where he is part of the junior heavyweight division.

Professional wrestling career[edit | edit source]

Before his debut he wrestled some exibition matches until August 6, 2014, he made his official debut losing to Yuichi Taniguchi. On August 15 he scored his victory in tag team macth against Isamu Oshita and Takumi Tsukamoto.

On March 18, 2015 BJW announced that he was going make his learing excursion to introduce to US on the Team 3D wrestling academy. On March 30 BJW revealed the was he was suposed to go to Total Nonstop Action Wrestling (TNA) promotion but since Seiya Sanada was there he lived in Japan for a while because he didn't had enough English skills to go to the United States and so he obtained a license to go there. On April 1, 2016 Sekifuda entered the Team 3D wrestling academy. In the United States Sekifuda competed in the California independent circuit, even making into to the semifinals of the I Believe In Wrestling promotion Florida J Cup.

Sekifuda would remain in the United States unitl July 2017 and was later anunounced that Sekifuda would return on July 17 at RYOGOKUTAN. On July 17 made his return in BJW teaming with Yuya Aoki losing to Ryuichi Sekine and Tatsuhiko Yoshino. After that he would form a tem with Yoshino.
