The Memorial Gate in Wakayama 2012 was a professional wrestling pay-per-view (PPV) event and GAORA TV event promoted by Dragon Gate. The event took place on March 25 2012, in Wakayama at the Wakayama Prefectural Gym and was the second event under the Memorial Gate in Wakayama.

The event featured 7 matches with four of Dragon Gate's three championships on the line. The main event saw Jimmyz (Jimmy Susumu, Ryo “Jimmy” Saito and Genki Horiguchi H.A.Gee.Mee!!) defeating Mad Blankey (BxB Hulk, Cyber Kong and Naoki Tanisaki) All in all, the events featured two title changes.
