The U-Cup (Uカップ U Kappu) was a round-robin tournament held by Pro Wrestling Noah (NOAH) to determine the strongest unit in the promotion for the year. The tournament took place on January 6 and 7, 2022, premiering NOAH's junior heavyweight division's sub brand N Innovation. The tournament composed of NOAH's junior heavyweight stables KONGOH, Los Perros del Mal de Japón, NOAH's juniors and Stinger.

On December 7, 2021, NOAH announced a tournament named U-Cup, as part of the premiering of NOAH's junior heavyweight division's sub brand N Innovation. The stables that were part of the tournament were KONGOH, Los Perros del Mal de Japón, NOAH's juniors and Stinger. As part of the tournament, NOAH announced various match formats for the tournament, which would include a Battle Royal to determine the #1 Contender to the GHC Junior Heavyweight Championship, with the winner facing HAYATA in a title match in the third night.
