Utako Hozumi (飯橋 浩司 Hozumi Utako, born September 1, 1968 in Hachiōji, Tokyo, Japan), is a retired Japanese professional wrestler, currently working for Dragon Gate (DG).
During her time with LLPW, she was known as Utako Juliana due to her style of appearing in a bodycon costume in the style of the standing gals at Juliana Tokyo, a popular disco in Japan during the 1990s. She also carried Juliana's-style accessories, a hot pink feather boa and matching fan ring gear.

Personal Life[]
She married former Sumo and Professional wrestler Ishinriki, whom he met during his WAR days. Their sons Riki and Ishin are also professional wrestlers who made their debuts for Dragon Gate on September 20, 2021. Riki, however, retired on June 6, 2022.
She and Ishinriki opened a chankonabe and karaoke restaurant in Kichijōji in 1994.
